We have 2 stores conveniently located at 2550 South Decatur Blvd and 3782 East Flamingo Road, Las Vegas, NV

What are the hours of operations?

DollarPlus #1 Sahara/Decatur is open from 8:30 am to 9:30 pm DollarPlus #2 Flamingo/Sandhill is open from 9:00 am to 9:00 pm

Whom do I contact if I received poor customer service?

First and foremost, we are sorry you had a bad experience at our store. We would love to hear from you so we can improve our customer service. Kindly get in touch with the store manager immediately and we will resolve the issue. Or, kindly find us on Facebook and send us a message.

If I am missing any items that I have been billed for, what do I do?

Please contact the store where the items were purchased to inquire about the missing item(s). To find the store's phone number, check your receipt or search for your store on our store locator.

Are pets allowed in your stores?

Service animals trained to perform tasks for customers with disabilities are welcomed in our stores. However, pets are not permitted in stores.

What is your refund and exchange policy?

We do not accept cash refunds. However, you can exchange purchased goods within 7 days of purchase accompanied with a receipt. For online orders, please reach out to orders@dollarplusdc.com

I have a duplicate charge on my credit/debit/EBT Card for the same transaction. How can I resolve this??

Duplicate authorizations should drop off automatically within three business days. If it has been more than three business days, just get in touch with our store managers.

Do you accept checks at your store?

No, we do not accept checks.

What is the minimum order amount for me to be able to use my debit/credit/EBT card at your store?

You will have to make a minimum purchase of $3.00 to be able to pay with your credit/debit/EBT card.
